Martens & Company Background
Our firm, located in West Des Moines, Iowa, has three CPA partners, four associate CPAs and three clerical staff. All CPAs are veteran CPAs with extensive experience with accounting and tax matters.
Our objectives are to provide quality auditing, tax accounting, and management advisory services to our clients. We have established a very fine reputation with the business community which has enabled us to grow through internal expansion. We are committed to as much audit growth as we can properly service. To this end, we have hired quality personnel and will continue to do so in the future.

History of Martens & Company
Our firm is a local public accounting firm founded by Merle F. Martens in 1972. Since 1977, several mergers have occurred with individual practitioners in the Des Moines area. In 2005, Richard Atterbury, Paul Bryant and John Stuber acquired the practice from Merle F. Martens.
